For the past twenty years, CWiB has hosted this one-day conference to celebrate the accomplishments of women. With more than 300 attendees, the CWiB Conference is not only one of the largest student-run conferences, but it is also one of the most high profile events of the year for Columbia Business School. This year’s theme, Create Your Own Rules: Building Your Path to Success, focused on the unique choices that women face in their professional and personal lives. We are so happy to have brought together this exceptionally accomplished group of women to discuss the varied paths that women can choose to achieve success, including keynote speakers Ann Glover, chief marketing officer of ING U.S. and Debora Spar, president of Barnard College and author of Wonder Women: Sex, Power and the Quest for Perfection. If you missed it, you can read all about the 21st Annual CWiB Conference here.
